Azerbaijan to build "Wind Parks" in Iran
An agreement was reached.
An agreement to build "Wind Parks" in the vicinities of the Iranian city of Hough has been reached. According to the agreement, the project will be implemented by LLC "Azalternativenerji", Oxu.Az reports citing the State Agency for Alternative and Renewable Energy.

The project will be implemented within the framework of the Memorandum of Understanding, which was held in Baku in October 2014.

On August 3-4 during his visit to Iran, the chairman of the State Agency for Alternative and Renewable Energy Sources Akim Badalov held a meeting with the Minister of Energy of the Islamic Republic of Iran Hamid Chitchian, his deputy Houshang Falahatian, and with the leadership of the Renewable Energy Organization.

During the meeting the sides agreed to strengthen relations in the field of alternative and renewable energy, as well as to further expand them in the future.
